We make upgrades, downgrades, and cancelling very simple for you, the user. For some context, we have used Stripe as our payment provider, one of the largest online payment companies in the world. First of all, for upgrades, you will be upgraded to the next tier and a portion of credits will be added to your account. For downgrades, Stripe will refund a portion of the payment for unused time that will automatically apply to the next payment. Based on the refunded credit given, this could result in a slight credit decrease for the affected months.
* For the subscription information, features refers to the mechanics of the application. The credits for each tier is clearly stated, if no proration/downgrade is in effect.
